This intimate residence comprises only five carefully designed apartments, ensuring an atmosphere of serenity and exclusivity. From the apartments, guests are treated to truly spectacular panoramic views of the sea and the surrounding nature reserve. Each apartment offers a private garden and/or a generous terrace for your sole enjoyment. Guests may also indulge in the elegant communal gardens, complete with two refined barbecue areas and two shared swimming pools, perfect for relaxing under the Italian sun.
The center of the charming seaside town of Lerici is just 3 km away (approximately a 10-minute drive). The property’s privileged location provides effortless access to Italy’s most iconic destinations, including Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Parma, Genoa, Portofino, Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Forte dei Marmi, Viaregio and many more.

Is parking available at the property?
We provide free on-site parking for your convenience, with space for up to two cars per apartment. Should you be traveling with extra vehicles, kindly let us know in advance so we can assist you.

Are pets allowed?
Pets are not permitted. Unfortunately, we are unable to make exceptions to this house rule, as we must take into account allergies and the comfort and expectations of all our guests.

What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Should you require more flexible arrival or departure times, please feel free to contact us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.

Are the properties family-friendly?
Yes, the complex is family-friendly. Casa Montiluce offers plenty of outdoor space and 2 shared swimming pools and the peaceful garden is perfect for families with children. High chairs and cribs are available upon request.

Is the swimming pool heated?
Please note that the swimming pool is not heated and is therefore subject to seasonal temperatures.

When is the outdoor swimming pool open?
Our two outdoor swimming pools are open seasonally from April 1st through October 31st, offering the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the Italian sun.
