My name is Casper, and I am delighted to welcome you to this intimate holiday retreat, a small and carefully curated complex of just five apartments. While I live in the Netherlands, my long-standing love for Italy inspired me to create a place that reflects the charm and elegance of this remarkable country and specific region.
Each apartment has been thoughtfully designed to offer comfort, privacy, and a sense of understated luxury, complemented by a fantastic sea view of the Bay of Poets. Together, these elements create an atmosphere where you can truly relax while enjoying an authentic Italian experience. All prices are excluding tourist tax. Tourist tax is due in cash at arrival. Tourist tax is currently euro 4 per person for a maximum of 5 days. Children below 12 are exempt. Tourist tax is determined by local authorities and may be subject to change.
