My name is Casper, and I am delighted to welcome you to this intimate holiday retreat, a small and carefully curated complex of just five apartments. While I live in the Netherlands, my long-standing love for Italy inspired me to create a place that reflects the charm and elegance of this remarkable country and specific region.

Each apartment has been thoughtfully designed to offer comfort, privacy, and a sense of understated luxury, complemented by a fantastic sea view of the Bay of Poets. All prices are excluding tourist tax.  Tourist tax is due in cash at arrival.  Tourist tax is currently euro 4 per person for a maximum of 5 days. Children below 12 are exempt. Tourist tax is determined by local authorities and may be subject to change.
