1. Check in and out times - Check-in time is after 3 P.M. local time at day of arrival. Check-out time is at 10 A.M. local time at day of departure. No early Check-in or late Check-out, unless agreed with local contact person in advance. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance. Keys must be returned at check-out as instructed

2. No parties - parties and/or events are not allowed at any time.

3. Noise & neighbors -

a. Quiet hours:  11:00 PM – 8:00 AM. 

b. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially on balconies/terraces, out of respect for neighbors.

4. Smoking -

a. No smoking inside the apartment. Smoking is permitted only outside, with cigarette ends disposed of properly.

b. A cleaning fee will be charged if smoking odor is found inside.

5.  Number of guests - The apartment may only be occupied by the number of guests indicated in the booking. Extra unregistered guests are not permitted without prior authorization.

6. Identification - Italian law requires all guests' ID/passport details to be registered with local authorities (Schedina alloggiati) — please have ID ready at check-in.

7.  Care of the property -

a. Please treat the apartment and furnishings with care and leave it in the condition you found it.

b. Report any damage or malfunction immediately so it can be addressed promptly. Guests are responsible for any damage, breakage, or loss caused during their stay, beyond normal wear and tear.

c. Please do not move furniture or remove items from the apartment.

8. Kitchen & appliances - 

a.  Please clean dishes, cooktop, and kitchen surfaces after use.

b. Turn off the oven/stove/appliances fully after use.

c. Dispose of rubbish according to local recycling rules as explained by local contact perso

9. Safety - 

a. Do not leave doors/windows unlocked or unattended when going out.

b. Do not tamper with electrical, gas, or heating/AC systems.

c. Fire extinguisher located inside apartment, if applicable.

10. Pets - Pets are not allowed. No exceptions.

11. Utilities -  Please be mindful of water and electricity use. Air conditioning/heating: please always turn-off when leaving the apartment.

12. Visitors - Visitors not registered as guests are not permitted to stay overnight. 

13. Liability - The owner/management is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings during their stay. Guests are responsible for the security of their own valuables.
